I just wrote a few paragraphs about this over in the About page – basically copied/pasted here!

The format for CTRL-ALT-JNU is kind of a work in progress.  I’d like the first hour, 11pm to 12am, to be mostly new alternative and hard rock music. Examples? Anything from Kings of Leon to Disturbed.

However, the second hour is where I’d like to make things interesting. I have at least three segments I’d like to fit in on a rotating basis:

• Metal @ Midnight: Death metal, thrash metal, folk metal, anything metal.
• Tastes Like Grunge: But smells like teen spirit. Alt-rock and grunge from the 90’s.
• Rock Rewind: Playing the music that got us where rock is today.

So that’s the idea. Stay tuned to see what really happens.
